Position Summary
The data analyst will work on the technology team to help organizations make better business decisions using information from our available data. You’ll gather and prepare data from multiple sources, run statistical analyses, and communicate your findings clearly and objectively. Build reporting, dashboards, and presentations to support organizational projects and goals. You are committed to transforming data into readable, goal-oriented reports that drive innovation and growth.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to decision-makers.
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets.
- Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
- Perform statistical analysis and experiments to derive business insights.
- Develop and manage information to support leadership decision-making.
- Clearly communicate the analysis findings to turn information into actionable through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Create and maintain wireframes and documentation of the data infrastructure.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems, or related field or equivalent related experience.
- 3 years of data analysis or related experience, including proficiency with analytical software.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.

- Experience with data warehouses, like BigQuery.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
Skills and Abilities
- Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques.
- Familiarity with reporting in cloud-based tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and HubSpot.
- Experience with analysis in an organization with multiple departments and teams
- Familiarity with data science and machine-learning platforms like Dataiku.
- Experience with data integration from multiple sources
- Understanding digital marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent analytical skills - identifying trends, patterns, and insights from data.
- Presentation skills – ability to document and speak clearly to quickly communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.
- Cultural competency: the ability to build rapport with individuals from a wide variety of cultures, experiences, and backgrounds with a strong and enduring commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Reliable internet access and dedicated workspace at home.

Other Details
- This role is Hybrid and based in Tulsa, OK.
- A typical work week is Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- The work week will occasionally vary with advance notice depending on scheduled programming and other events; it may require evening or weekend hours for special events or tours.
