CRM Dynamics Architect - Washington, DC USA
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to stakeholders.
Oversee the development architecture process with the engineering team.
Design and build D365 solutions (Sales, Customer Insights for Journeys, Customer Service, Project Service) that align with client objectives.
Develop and enhance existing and new D365 products.
Use your knowledge of business processes and best practices to guide stakeholders during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design, and Configuration.
Conduct business and systems analysis and documentation.
Perform product design and gap analysis relative to standard product functionality.
Produce design, system, user, and procedural documentation.
Salary : $70 - $80
