Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for district results and growth
- Oversee and manage the shipping and delivery of goods efficiently
- Review customer base to ensure financial and service levels are being maintained
- Monitor and manage staff performance, focusing on training and development, and addressing areas requiring improvement
- Network and build relationships to add key staff, as P&L allows
- Oversee the sales process to ensure growth and a full sales pipeline
Key Skills Required:
- At least 8 years of management experience in a Freight Forwarding company.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to communicate effectively throughout the sales process
- Willingness to travel as needed
- An entrepreneurial vision and spirit

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
