Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 2 years of experience to support manufacturing operations in a GMP-regulated environment. This role focuses on process improvements, equipment troubleshooting, validation, and compliance to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the installation, qualification, and validation of equipment and processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with quality, production, and engineering teams to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and other regulatory standards.
- Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and technical reports.
- Monitor production metrics and drive efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).
- 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, validation, and process engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools is a plus.
