Role Overview
The Warehouse Logistics Manager will be instrumental in building and optimizing InvenTel's warehouse and distribution operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to transition from third-party logistics (3PL) to an in-house fulfillment model, shaping the foundation for scalable and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in warehouse management combined with a growth-oriented mindset to refine processes and drive operational excellence.
This is an in-person position based at our facility. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Inventory Control: Develop and implement accurate tracking systems to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, transportation partners, and internal teams to streamline supply chain processes and ensure timely deliveries.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in warehouse workflows and implement strategies to improve pick-and-pack operations, inventory flow, and overall logistics performance.
- Customer Service Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to address logistics-related issues promptly while ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
- Compliance & Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and foster a safe working environment.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics within a fulfillment or retail distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control practices, supply chain optimization strategies, and safety compliance.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
