What you'll do:
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
- Conduct quality checks on products, reporting any defects to the department lead.
- Operate forklifts or hand trucks to move and hoist materials.
- Utilize computer systems to track product and invoice details.
- Adapt to and learn various roles within the shipping and packaging department.
What you bring:
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates encouraged.
- Fundamental mechanical and assembly abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Physical requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Ability to handle and move materials frequently
