Job Description
Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role:
This role is designed for top-performing SDRs who are ready to step into an Account Executive (AE) role immediately. You will own closing deals in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment and drive the outbound prospecting strategy for the entire sales team.
- Develop and Close Deals: Own the full sales cycle for smaller deals, from first contact to signed contract.
- Run Multi-Channel Outreach: Utilize modern prospecting tools such as Clay.com, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, cold calling, and AI-powered automation to drive engagement.
- Build Pipeline & Secure Executive Engagement: Get high-value prospects into executive sessions, panels, and industry events to accelerate deal velocity.
- Create & Refine Our Outbound Sales Playbook: Implement best practices, sequences, templates, and processes to improve sales prospecting across the team.
- Coach and Elevate the Sales Team: Help other reps become better prospectors by sharing what works and rolling out repeatable, scalable methodologies.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with marketing, sales leadership, and the executive team to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging, and outbound strategies.
Requirements
- Proven SDR Success: Consistently hit or exceeded quota in sales development.
- Multi-Channel Outbound Expertise: Blend cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn, video prospecting, and automation tools into a killer outbound process.
- Closing Readiness: Already closed smaller deals or have the ability to ramp quickly into full-cycle selling.
- Process-Oriented & Data-Driven: Optimize outreach strategies based on data and continuously refine what works.
- Tech-Savvy Sales Professional: Experience with modern sales tools such as Clay.com, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar tools is highly beneficial.
- E-Commerce or SMB Market Experience: Knowledge of selling e-commerce or marketplace technology is highly desirable.
