What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager of Project Finance position at Inventure?

We are partnered with a C&I Renewables IPP in New York looking to bolster their team with a Senior Manager of Project Finance.
Candidates with backgrounds in banking, investment, project finance, structured finance, and capital markets will all be considered, as long as they have direct renewables experience.
You must be able to manage and lead transactions from inception to close and be comfortable working in a cross-functional team where you will also play a part in project finance and M&A transactions.
We are looking for candidates with 4 years of experience working in renewable energy finance.
