The rate of pay for this position is $21.57 per hour. Insurance benefits are available to full-time employees and part-time employees who work at least twenty hours per week.

- Supervise and Monitor Behavior – Ensure students follow school rules and behavioral expectations in classrooms, hallways, bathrooms and other common areas. Supervise the prayer, calming room and telehealth spaces in the Assistant Administrator’s office.
- In-school suspension and detention - Supervise students in in-school suspension or lunch and after school detention.
- Implement Behavior Plans – Support students with behavioral plans using strategies to encourage positive behavior.
- Communicate with Staff– Provide regular updates to teachers and counselors about students’ behavioral and academic progress.
- De-escalate Conflicts – Utilize restorative practices to support tier 1 and 2 student behavior concerns.
- Attendance - Support administrators, the school social worker and school counselors with attendance concerns, support plans and reports.
- Document Incidents and Progress – Keep records of student behavior, support plans, and progress for teacher and administrative reference.
- Monitor Student Progress – Help track student academic performance, assist with assessments, and provide feedback to teachers on academic progress.
- Other duties or tasks may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Two (2) years of student supervision experience.
- OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
