- Preferred athletic experience in track & field, ideally at the collegiate level.
- Coaching experience at the high school and/or college level is preferred.
- Areas of need include short sprints and mid-distance sprints.
- Previous coaching experience
- State coaching certification
- CPR certification
- Develop and implement training plans for sprint athletes.
- Provide technical instruction and mentorship to student-athletes.
- Assist in meet preparation and athlete performance analysis.
- Foster a positive and competitive team culture.

The Simley Track & Field program is seeking an additional coach for the Spring 2025 season, starting on March 10th through June 7th. Salary $2000-$3000. Part time or every day.

Required Qualifications:
Coaches are paid a stipend in accordance with the Teacher Labor Agreement. There are no benefits available to temporary positions.
