Job Summary
Inverness Club in Toledo, OH is seeking to hire a skilled Maintenance
Technician who is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. Reports to: Maintenance Director
Job Tasks (Duties):
- Conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and structures.
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel.
- Follow all safety protocols.
- Conduct maintenance of electrical/HVAC/fire/alarm systems.
- Repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with regulations.
- Support the setup of refrigeration and other equipment.
- Assists with the set-up of stages, dance floors, pools, and racquets facilities.
- Any other tasks given by the Maintenance Director or General Manager.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.
- Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Refrigeration Experience Preferred.
- Experienced in operating a variety of equipment.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills.
- Technician certification/s preferred.
- Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
