Job Summary
Inverness Club in Toledo, OH is looking to hire a part-time Valet Attendant to provide excellent customer service to our members and guests while parking and retrieving their cars. Do you enjoy driving? Are you professional and friendly? Would you like to be able to exercise while you work? Our Valet Attendants earn a competitive wage starting at $11/hour. They also enjoy free meals while on duty, free parking, awork uniform, employee golf available on most Mondays, employee recognition opportunities, and employee appreciation events.
Reports to: Valet Manager, Clubhouse Manager
Job Tasks (Duties):
- Welcome guests by name upon their arrival and departure to provide excellent customer service.
- Assist guests with moving luggage to a secure area and perform any other requested services.
- Drive guest vehicles to the parking lot and retrieve them in an efficient and safe manner.
- Follow existing valet processes to correctly document each vehicle’s parking location on the claim ticket.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift over 75lbs and run to retrieve cars, stand for long periods of time.
- Able to drive cars with manual and automatic transmission.
- Good communication and excellent customer service skills
