What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bachelorette Pole Dancing Party Instructor position at Inversions Pole Fitness?
Inversions Pole Fitness is a sexy, strong, sisterhood and boutique movement studio specializing in feminine movement-based classes in pole dance, chair dance, floor dance and many other sensual dance-based classes. We were voted BEST DANCE studio in Mount Pleasant and we are the #1 Pole Dancing studio for bachelorette parties!
We are looking for dynamic, dependable, outgoing, fun ladies to join our POLE PARTY Team of instructors. Our pole party team hosts bachelorette, birthday, and girls night out pole dancing parties. Joining our sisterhood is an opportunity to have FUN while you work and pour confidence, JOY and love into other women! You MUST like to dance, work with other women, enjoy getting a group of people excited and be comfortable with your body and moving your body!
No Pole Dance experience required. Must be available to work at least 2 weekends a month.
This is a seasonal position (March-September) with room for growth or extension. Great for college students, seasonal employees or anyone with some extra time on their hands!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain studio so it's safe, clean, and welcoming
- Deliver the pole party program in accordance to the studios layout, sequence and choreography
- Deliver studio-based instruction to a level that is in accordance to studios core mission and values
- Understand and follow all policies, procedures and standards in Instructor Manual
- Demonstrate knowledge of IPF core brand and values, and model behavior in accordance with our standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Group based leadership instruction experience preferred but not required
- Dance, teaching, athletics, performance or entertainment preferred but not required
- CPR/First Aid Certified ~ can complete during certification process
- No pole dance experience required *Previous experience is welcome but in-house training will be given*
Individuals selected for this opportunity must attend and complete an orientation and co teaching program
SKILLS:
- Understanding of being punctual and courteous is essential
- Ability to handle basic administrative tasks
- Ability to manage large groups of women
- Ability to teach multiple classes back to back and have a high degree of energy
