Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate potential fintech partners and technologies that have the opportunity to accelerate key initiatives focused on digital distribution, sales enablement, and the integration of Gen AI and Digital Assets.
  • Assist senior sales leaders in implementing strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure maximum business efficiency, i.e. update and maintain files
  • Assist our team with ad-hoc projects relating to client management
  • Assist in execution of process improvement initiatives

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience or coursework related to asset management, tokenization, Artificial Intelligence, and digital is a plus.
