Your Team
We are the Counterparty, Syndicate and Securities Lending team within Capital Markets Product & Business. Alongside the Systematic Trading team, we are the reporting and analytics engine in the Capital Markets group. We are responsible for identifying business requirements from stakeholders, transforming/processing data, uncovering statistical trends and insights, and developing/maintaining actionable and dynamic reporting in Power BI for stakeholder use.
Your Role
You would work with the Counterparty, Syndicate, Securities Lending and Systematic Trading teams to support reporting, enterprise-level strategy, and data/insights communications across multiple regions, teams and functions. You would be directly involved with data processing, automation, and report creation—areas critical for stakeholder success.

You would work with the Counterparty, Syndicate, Securities Lending and Systematic Trading teams to support reporting, enterprise-level strategy, and data/insights communications across multiple regions, teams and functions. You would be directly involved with data processing, automation, and report creation—areas critical for stakeholder success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile data from multiple sources and stakeholders to create actionable reporting targeted to executive level
- Manage extensive database of metrics and information to support the development of quarterly scorecards for our most important global counterparties
- Identify material gaps in Syndicate/Counterparty data and develop solutions to resolve absent, inconsistent or inaccurate data; including manually aggregate and clean data with goal of long-term automation
- Ensure existing data collection procedures and reporting timeframes are fully leveraged and integrated into the Syndicate/Counterparty reporting process
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting and processes and proactively build needed platforms/infrastructure
- Identify and track progress against Invesco Syndicate/Counterparty priorities at a global level and communicate those internally
- Work with Syndicate/Counterparty and Systematic Trading teams to further build out capital markets reporting, analyze and refine available data, address gaps/inconsistencies in source data, and expand reporting capabilities
- Conduct industry research and market analysis
- Complete ad hoc and special projects to support the counterparty relations function
- Fluency in SQL, stored procedures, and dataset construction from multiple databases
- Accomplished in creating interactive Power BI or Tableau dashboards with very large datasets
- Python or R experience a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy with ability to recognize anomalies in data and likely implications for business
- Can build and manage relationships with a variety of levels and constituencies
- Ability to think critically and ask questions to drive progress and develop solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Financial services, investment management, or consulting experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field is required
