Job Description
Department Overview :
Playing a pivotal role in the Network Team, accountable for architecting and crafting comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements in support of a given project or capability. Using innovation and creativity, this role will be accountable for partnering with key partners such as Application development teams or other infrastructure functions to build solutions that are aligned to architecture principles, using common solutions and services, and meet the financial targets (cost and benefits) as defined by Technology leadership. If you are a seasoned Networking Leader with a passion for learning, teaching, and solving complex problems, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want you to join our team.
Your Role
- Lead a team of 12 engineers and one Associate Manager. Team is globally dispersed and is responsible for the build, support and maintenance of the Networking infrastructure
- Lead through subordinate leaders who execute upon the Network Infrastructure goals and objectives
- Accountable for the performance and results of the networking stack
- Executes business plans and contributes to the development of the network strategy
- Focuses on short to mid-term issues that will impact the network or operation
- Decisions are guided by network strategy and priorities
