Job Description
Your Role
Partners with Legal Department attorneys to manage the corporate-level legal operations; including :
- Board-level administration, management of legal entities, non-disclosure agreement support, maintaining databases, forms and documentation, and assisting with various responsibilities in conjunction with the legal department's needs.

Minimum 5 years corporate paralegal experience with a preference for financial services industry experience.
College degree or equivalent experience required; paralegal certification or training courses preferred.
