Make a difference every day! Job DescriptionYour Role : We are seeking an organized, creative and driven marketer ready to step into a critical role as Invesco QQQ ETF Product Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate has five years of marketing experience; asset management or financial services experience a plus.This is an opportunity for an aspiring, hard-working and collaborative marketer to support execution while helping to inform the marketing approach and strategy. You will be developing a good understanding of the clients and their needs, are passionate about trends, innovation and new thinking affecting investment professionals, and enjoy measuring and refining executions to positively influence client behavior. You will collaborate with the Invesco QQQ Marketing team to ensure a differentiated and impactful program is put in place with the goals of growing the Invesco QQQ ETF business and improving the client experience.You will be responsible for : Partner with the Invesco QQQ Marketing team and the WMI Marketing team to help ideate and execute on our Invesco QQQ industry event and conference sponsorship strategy including editorial content and customized audience touchpointsExecute marketing campaigns in partnership with business partners and subject matter experts, leveraging the full marketing mix including email, digital, events, paid / earned media and sales enablement to support client needs and business prioritiesSupport Invesco QQQ marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring the product content and messaging align with all campaign and marketing activationsPartner with marketing and sales colleagues to understand key audience segments and help inform the appropriate positioning and messaging across the client purchase journeyWork closely with the Invesco QQQ data and analytics partners to define audiences, approach, and success metrics and help ,maintain and optimize dashboards in support of campaigns and programsManage content and creative production to help deliver successful campaigns in a timely manner, ensuring all approvals have been captured and logged appropriatelySupport the gathering and organization of insights from in-market campaigns to support the team as they brief in new content creation and campaign adjustments quickly and efficientlySupport the development of creative briefs and program plans promoting Invesco QQQ ETF, where you are accountable for execution of tactics, working with key marketing team members across Invesco QQQ Product Specialists, Digital, Email automation, Design, Social, Events, Advertising, and Media RelationsCultivate internal relationships where you can contribute to continual improvement of marketing programsContribute ideas for improving programs / processes and trying new approaches, acquiring a solid understanding of the competitive landscape and client type nuancesWork with the Compliance, Procurement and Legal teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are being met internally and externallyThe experience you bring : Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communications or related field is preferred4-6 years of work experience in a creative financial services marketing rolePrior experience in customer service, advertising, public relations or online marketing an assetInterest in and some experience managing projects, working with teams, and a desire to learn more about brand and product marketingIdeal candidate has a financial marketing background with product knowledge, but must be a creative thinker who can generate actionable ideas and bring them to lifeMust exude a passion for storytelling, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess an enthusiastic willingness to positively influence the client experience and continue to drive engagement with Invesco QQQShould have familiarity with the various avenues used to reach audiences with content and how to optimize content depending on the platformMust be an enthusiastic self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environment with track record of mobilizing teams in the face of ambiguity and time pressure.Passionate about digital, brand and product marketingExcellent writing, editing and interpersonal skillsGood organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work with cross-functional teamsThe total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location.
