Role Responsibilities

• Transaction Management:
• Record and categorize investment-related transactions in Sage
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting policies and standards
• Investor Onboarding and Subscription Management:
• Consolidate investor subscription documents and update the investment tracking sheet
• Maintain accurate and organized records of investor activity in Excel
• Entity and Account Setup:
• Create new investment entities and set up bank accounts
• Ensure compliance by submitting regulatory information for LLCs
• Financial Record keeping:
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and transaction logs
• Support timely updates to accounting systems for audit readiness
• High-Net-Worth Investor Relations:
• Address inquiries from high-net-worth investors with professionalism
• Foster trust through clear and attentive communication
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or investor relations
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, such as expense categorization, general ledger structure, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Sage and Excel (pivot tables, data sorting, VLOOKUPs)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain orderly financial records
• Communication skills to effectively liaise with team members to clarify financial data or resolve inconsistencies
