Design plays a critical role in how we engage investors, break down complex financial concepts, and create seamless user experiences. We’re looking for a UX Designer who’s passionate about crafting human-centered, responsive designs that empower people to take control of their financial future.

What We’re Looking For

A Portfolio That Shows You Can Do the Work – More than experience, we care about your ability. Your portfolio must :

Be responsive across different screen sizes

Include detailed case studies (not just visuals—show your thought process!)

Clearly outline your role in the process and how you problem-solved

Must-Have Skills

Figma proficiency – You should be comfortable prototyping and refining designs quickly.

Strong graphic design and illustration skills – Ability to create custom visuals, icons, and infographics to enhance digital experiences.

Adobe Creative Suite Certification – A solid foundation in graphic and UX design tools.

A strong understanding of UX / UI principles, usability, and accessibility.

The ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and not get stuck on one idea.

Formal design education is required unless you have extensive experience.

Degree in Graphic Design, UX, Brand Design, or Human-Computer Interaction preferred.

Bonus Points For

Experience in financial services or designing for a regulated industry.

A portfolio from a top-tier design program.

Experience working at a startup, where you’ve had to be adaptable, solve problems creatively, and build from the ground up.
