About the Role

We are looking to add an experienced attorney to advise on a broad range of business activities, with a focus on negotiation and preparation of sales contracts. Other responsibilities may include assisting with partner, vendor and other commercial contracts; providing counsel and support to sales, account management, product and technology leaders; and liaising with third party specialists regarding intellectual property, technology, security and regulation matters. This position will report directly to InvestCloud’s Associate General Counsel.
Responsibilities :
- Negotiate and draft SaaS subscription and related agreements for the sale of InvestCloud’s products in the U.S. and internationally, and provide assistance as needed on partner, vendor and other commercial contracts.
- Manage sales opportunities from start to close independently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures when working with other business stakeholders on deals and projects.
- Assist with other legal projects on an as-needed basis.
- General legal research and support.

Our Values
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location. Salary range : $200,000-$250,000
