Procurement Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Operations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement operations, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of procurement professionals.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide effective solutions.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for process improvement.
• Maintain and enhance procurement systems and tools.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, systems, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location. Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000
