About the Role
We are looking for a talented candidate with several years of experience in software development, and Quality Assurance to join our QA team. This position will be at an individual contributor level as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
What does a great Sr. Quality Engineer do?
As a hands-on member of the QA team, you will work closely with developers to understand application features, create robust comprehensive test plans, and write and execute test cases. We look for well-rounded candidates with solid analytical skills, an enthusiasm for taking ownership of features, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work closely and communicate effectively.
How you will provide meaningful contributions :
- Plan, develop, and execute regression, functional, integration and other tests against core software products in Investment Management Industry.
- Lead end-to-end testing initiatives throughout the entire SDLC from test planning, test design, test execution, and test reporting. This includes performance testing, stress testing, front end, back end testing, automation testing, includes functional, regression, black box, white box Be a strong quality advocate, collaborating closely with software engineers, designers, and product managers to release revolutionary products
- Be part of transforming monolithic applications into more scalable and resilient distributed systems with high quality, using cloud technology.
- Take full ownership of and maintain a robust QA environment, including test databases and system deployments
- Work closely with the global QA team to design and build integration tests
- Work with developers on improving system testability and creating testing environment
- Help set up and maintain the CI / CD environments and pipelines
- Document test plans, procedures, and test cases

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location. Salary range : $75,000 - $125,000
