Director of Corporate Support

About the Role  

InvestCloud is seeking a skilled leader to direct our global Corporate Support team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune MDM Management, Windows PowerShell scripting, and Mac OS management. This individual will be responsible for the Corporate Support services including administration, configuration, and support of our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across both Windows and Mac platforms. Additionally, the Director will provide training and mentorship to the team and design and facilitate team services.

How you will provide meaningful contributions: 

Corporate Support Team Management:

• Manage the Corporate Support team, ensuring effective performance and collaboration.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
• Design and facilitate team services to enhance support and service delivery.

Microsoft 365 Administration:

• Coordinate team to manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 applications to meet business needs.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Microsoft Entra and Active Directory Management:

• Oversee and configure identity services to ensure secure operations.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.
• Work with the InfoSec and compliance teams to monitor security policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Integrate with other systems and automate tasks using PowerShell.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues.

Intune and Microsoft Defender:

• Administer and configure Intune for device management and policy enforcement.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection and threat management.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

Mac OS Management:

• Provide support for Mac OS users within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Configure and manage Mac devices using Intune.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Mac-related issues in collaboration with the IT support team.

User Support and Training:

• Ensure quality technical support services to end-users for Microsoft 365 and Mac-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions to educate users on best practices and new features.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.

PowerShell Scripting:

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks.
• Implement scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure scripts are secure and comply with company policies.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration: 

• 12 years of experience with strong background as a team lead.
• A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Mac OS management and support.
• Familiarity with Intune MDM or similar solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills / Experience  

• Experience with other scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
• Ability to adapt and pivot for new technologies.
• SSO Integration.
• Defender portal knowledge.
• AWS Workspace operational support.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location. Salary range:  $150,000-210,000
