Job Title: Part-Time Housekeeper
Location: South Anchorage – Foundations Alaska Facility
Schedule: Flexible | 1–3 Days per Week
Compensation: DOE up to 25.25/hr bonuses

IIA is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to help keep our residential facility clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income with flexible hours in a calm, respectful, and uplifting environment.
Our facility serves adults with cognitive and developmental disabilities, and we pride ourselves on offering a safe and comfortable space for them to live and grow. Your role will be key in supporting that mission!
What You’ll Do:
- Light housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Laundry support including washing, drying, folding, and organizing
- Stocking cleaning supplies and notifying staff when restocking is needed
- Assisting with occasional deep cleaning or seasonal tasks
- Ensuring that shared and private areas remain tidy, clean, and safe for residents
- Respecting the dignity and privacy of all individuals in the facility
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
✔ Self-starter with good time management and attention to detail
✔ Friendly and respectful attitude toward residents and staff
✔ Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
✔ Must be able to work without your phone in your hand—focus and presence are essential
✔ Reliable transportation to and from our South Anchorage location
✔ Must pass a background check
