My client, a very successful and growing manufacturer and building services company, is searching for a NetSuite Administrator to assist the NetSuite Manager with their ongoing implementation. The ideal candidate will have prior NetSuite experience, particularly an understanding of order transactions within NetSuite. Any experience within finance or with inventory / manufacturing processes is a big bonus as well!
This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who has foundational knowledge of NetSuite to gain a massive amount of experience within different areas of the platform. You will receive direct training from a very experienced NetSuite professional and there will be ample opportunity to be promoted from within.
This position is onsite approximately 3 days / week in their Sacramento location and the other 2 days / week travelling to their other satellite locations during the go-live period then 5 days / week in Sacramento with occasional visits to the other sites for training / user support.
Responsibilities
- As a Junior NetSuite Administrator, you will assist our NetSuite Administrator in optimizing our use of NetSuite
- This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration and utilization of NetSuite throughout our organization
- Assist the administrator with system functionality and design
- Document existing and new customizations, develop training materials, conduct end user training, and participate in projects
- Manage NetSuite security profiles, user access, roles, and rights
- Assist users with requests for new searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards
- Stay up to date with NetSuite functionality and customizations
- Handle incoming tickets and support requests
- Support the use of custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows under the guidance of the NetSuite Administrator
- Support migration from our legacy systems to NetSuite
- Support report generation
- Provide ongoing support and training to users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Executive stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes in NetSuite that support financial management, operational efficiency, and ensure compliance
- Develop and maintain custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards to provide relevant reporting and KPIs
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a NetSuite subject matter expert
