The Gig:
We're looking for a Digital Strategist to join our team in Phoenix. You will have a hand in solving our clients’ business problems by developing data-informed and/or qualitative strategies and focusing the output of IDX in a way that leverages its creativity and expertise to produce a positive and measurable impact.
You'll be joining a team of self-starters, critical thinkers, and problem solvers; we ask questions, are consistently curious, and keep an open mind. We lead as the strategic voice of our teams and clients; taking complicated digital strategies and distil them into actionable ideas.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as trusted advisor, counselor and business partner to key client contacts and internal team members.
- Identifying client issues and challenges with the account team.
- Running research projects (qualitative or quantitative).
- Identifying compelling insights in coordination with analytics and channel strategists.
- Developing and delivering persuasive client presentations.
- Participating in retained team scoping in conjunction with account teams that drives the best performance for our clients.
- Reviewing work from other teams, like creative, engagement planning, media, marketing, and comms.
- Developing measurement plans in conjunction with analytics and account teams.
- Mentor and empower teams to do their best work, impress our clients, and grow our skillset.
About You
- 1-3 years of experience across more than one digital marketing channel (i.e. Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic).
- Comprehensive knowledge of the marketing/communications industry and how it will impact clients’ business, goals and needs.
- Ability to establish interpersonal, lasting relationships with clients that transcend our scope of work.
- Turn data into insights with an intermediate skills using Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
- Ability to distil audience behaviors & campaign data into strategic takeaways.
