What You’ll Be Doing:
- Insurance Coordination – Obtain, review, and process property insurance quotes while ensuring accuracy.
- Claims & Incident Reports – Track and document claims, communicate with supervisors, brokers, attorneys, and adjusters, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Data & Compliance Management – Maintain and update insurance schedules, claims logs, and certificates.
- Communication & Support – Work closely with property teams, lenders, vendors, and brokers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Risk Management – Assist with loss control inspections, review recommendations, and follow up on implementation.
- Additional Responsibilities – Support the department with various administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in commercial property management & insurance
- Strong claims processing & administrative experience
- Excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & office software
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively
- A proactive mindset & strong relationship-building skills
