- Maintenance Supervisor or Assistant Manager of 150 units
- Heavy apartment maintenance knowledge
- Heavy organizational skills
- Team-building skills
- Heavy understanding of the process of unit turnovers
- REAC preparation knowledge
- Yardi experience
