Requirements
As our chosen Leasing Consultant, everyday you will assist in all aspects of leasing including, but not limited to; touring, accepting and processing applications, posting Craigslist ads, answering phones, call backs and thank you cards. Foster a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, communities and associated agencies. Accept and complete Notice to Vacate forms. Prepare correspondence such as rent charges, eviction notices, collections, etc. Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager. Townfair (265 Units) is a beautiful conventional apartment community in Gresham, OR and we want YOU to be our Leasing Consultant.
To thrive in this role:
1 year of previous experience in multi-family leasing
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Ability to build rapport with clients, learn quickly and pay attention to detail
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior customer service skills
Bonus Skills
Yardi, RealPage, Lead2Lease, Onsite, OPS- PLUS
Bilingual (Spanish)
Have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulations governing multi-family housing operations
