Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and address gaps in training content and materials to boost productivity
- Research and integrate new training supplies and materials to improve training procedures
- Lead training programs to support new employees through onboarding
- Communicate effectively with on-site staff and team members to meet training needs
- Develop and manage executive and leadership programs for lower-level employees
- Customize training programs to resolve specific issues and enhance learning
- Proven experience in training and development, with a background in Property Management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong research abilities to find and utilize relevant training content
- High empathy and understanding of effective teaching methodologies
- Experience with Yardi or similar platforms. PLUS
