Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 1 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician at a multi-family apartment community with 100 units
- Ability to complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks, diagnosing defects or problems and making repairs according to established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements
- Skills to complete the job successfully
