Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1 years prior experience as a maintenance technician at a manufactured housing or multi-family community of 100 units.
- Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Cleans vacant long-standing units and property signage.
- Promotes positive, proactive resident relations by demonstrating fair and consistent treatment during all resident interactions.
- Must manually read water meters as needed.
