Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills and must be organized with good communication skills. Selected candidate must be willing to travel throughout Montana and available for occasional after hour emergency calls.
Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Perform electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
- Perform large remodeling projects and rental turnovers.
- Scheduling work orders with tenants and staff.
Experience
Candidates should have a solid background in facilities maintenance with experience in the following areas:
- Electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Supervising teams or projects within a maintenance environment.
- Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Experience with residential painting techniques.
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
- Technology skills for work order tracking and tenant communication.
