The Relief Property Manager is a key role within the Moove In Self Storage portfolio of properties. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for the daily operations of an assigned self-storage facility while following the direction of the Property Manager in their absence.

The Relief Property Manager is a key role within the Moove In Self Storage portfolio of properties. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for the daily operations of an assigned self-storage facility while following the direction of the Property Manager in their absence.

Responsibilities:
- Interact daily with customers to present storage options that meet their needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers via email, telephone, and in-person as outlined in the Operations Manual.
- Conduct daily visual inspections of the facility to address maintenance and cleanliness issues.
- Make daily bank deposits and deliveries to the Post Office.
- Ensure accurate computer accounting records and manage petty cash funds.
- Timely collect rent, deposits, assessed fees, and other charges.
- Sell retail merchandise such as locks, packing materials, and boxes.
- Make past-due calls to delinquent accounts.
- May be required to work at other facilities or events as needed.
- Be thoroughly familiar with emergency procedures, including fire response, criminal activity, accidents, natural disasters, and man-made disasters.
- Participate in training programs or seminars at management's request.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and Word
- Property Management experience is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Able to traverse the location and inspect the entire property in varying weather conditions
- Able to sit for long periods of time
- Stooping, bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive motion may be required
- Able to travel to locations other than the facility for company errands
- Able to lift 25 pounds
