What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Consultant position at InvestorFlow?
InvestorFlow is the only company of its kind to deliver industry specialized CRM, built on Salesforce, and digital portals to help alternative asset firms find opportunities, create and manage relationships, and turn relationship insights into action with increased productivity and transparency.
We are looking for a Senior Consultan t to actively participate in implementation activities that are centered on the enablement of InvestorFlow products. You will play a major part in the design and configuration of applications, data gathering, data loading, documentation, script development and configuration migration.
You Will :
- Manage the configuration and supporting build documentation for InvestorFlow product lines
- Lead client business requirement sessions in support of drafting formal requirements or user stories
- Lead, create and ensure accuracy for client specific test scripts
- Create documentation
- Triage and act as the Level 1 / 2 for client change requests
- Actively participate in internal projects and / or group-based activities
