We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Policy Services team. A qualified candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, be customer focused, detail oriented and able to work quickly and accurately in a deadline driven environment. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to :
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage inquiries, resolves service problems, documents customer requests, and finalize policy adjustments
- Processing transactions for multiple lines of businesses, systems and products
- Assist clients by phone and written correspondence including email
- Research and interpret life and annuity policies
- Organization of print, fax and email paperwork
- Scanning of documents to electronic image system
- Other duties as necessary
