Reception & Office Operations
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and create a welcoming lobby experience
- Keep things running smoothly with supply and delivery management and mail sorting
- Coordinate building and equipment maintenance
- Run errands (tax office, courthouse, post office) and notarize documents
- Help resolve customer needs calmly and professionally
- Enter and verify public record data for title documents
- Maintain plat books, update certification info, and upload key records
- Help land researchers access property records and manage invoicing
- Assist with scanning, filing, copying, and checking prior files
- Process contracts, earnest money, and other key documents
- Organize file folders, upload surveys and invoices, and help prepare closings
- Handle post-closing tasks like mailing checks, sending lender packages, and uploading final documents
