Position Highlights:
- Develop investment management and/or trust relationships with high net worth individuals, families, businesses and charitable organizations.
- Initiate and maintain an active external calling program with various centers of influence, building relationships and expanding the company’s network.
- Collaborate with President and Chief Investment Officer to develop marketing materials and communications.
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing and prospective wealth management clients, as well as endowments and foundations.
- Drive a client service regimen to ensure regular contact and uncover new opportunities
- Establish and meet requirements for client communications and documentation
- Maintain client relationships, including staying abreast of market conditions, investment research, and economic trends.
- Allocate, monitor, and rebalance client portfolios and schedule periodic meetings to review performance and discuss market environment.
- Identify, measure, and escalate compliance risk issues to Advisory Investment Regulatory Committee and senior officers as necessary
- 5 years experience in investment-related business development
- College degree required; advanced degree MBA and/or CFA/CFP/CTFA designation preferred
- Proven record of marketing to high-net worth clientele
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Proven networking skills and ability to independently develop new relationships
- Strong community involvement and board activities a plus
