Salary Exempt $90 to $110K

Strategic Account Manager- inVia is looking for a motivated strategic, B2B sales leader with familiarity with selling and managing a team to execute high-value, high-cost solutions based on proven, return on investment metrics. This position requires experience in solution-based selling to businesses in the warehouse, retail and manufacturing space. Familiar with forecast metrics, funnel accuracy, conversion rates and creating a regular cadence with team members to highlight key metrics to drive success. This position will be split into two regional Sr Directors, one for the East and one for the Western regions in North America.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Account Management and sales to various buying influences.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the value of InVia Robotics’ technical product features and map to meet prospect needs.
  • Build rapport with contacts and team members by offering educational resources (webinar invitations, white papers, relevant blog articles, etc.).
  • Continual updates of pipeline and funnel activity in Salesforce.com.
  • Partner with Application Engineers and other key InVia resources to penetrate and support a “land and expand” sales strategy.
  • Become a trusted mentor and leader for other sales representatives.
  • Meet and achieve regional-based revenue goals.
  • Provide timely responses to inbound leads in order to qualify and schedule customer meetings.
  • Support and manage customer proof of concepts (pilots) and convert to production orders.
  • Become a trusted expert in InVia Robotics products and services.
  • Provide detailed product proposals based on identified customer needs
  • Cost-effective travel to meet with clients or prospects within the respective territory.
  • Work with inVia team to respond to customer / prospect RFPs / RFIs.
  • Provide detailed cost-benefit analysis based on customer details.
  • Accurately forecast future business and customer pilots.
