Crew Foreman

Job Summary
The Concrete Coating Crew Lead/Foreman plays an essential role in overseeing concrete coating installation projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of concrete coatings, grinding concrete or we will train. The Crew Lead/Foreman will manage crew members, and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team to ensure project completion on time and within scope.
• Utilize Customer Factor for project management and documentation.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to timelines.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Skills

• Ability and experience pulling a 14' box trailer with a pickup is a must.
• Be able to work in a team environment and be a leader.
• Excellent construction management skills with a focus on efficiency and quality control.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety regulations in the construction industry.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling and resource allocation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
