Requirements:
As an armed officer you will be held to above quality standards as a server of our surrounding communities. As an armed officer you must attain exceptional customer service and communication skills. You must also encompass the ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly, effectively and efficiently as a armed guard. As an officer with our company, you will be responsible for initiating and completing daily reports. As a talented team member, you will command a high standing presence when posted at our sites. Some of the other duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting any priority customers (holding the door, getting a priority ticket from the Advisor, and assisting to the intake station promptly).
- Conducting security checks at different times to not have a noticeable routine.
- Walking the perimeter of the office and parking lot to keep the peace and show the presence of Security within the office. If necessary, notify local authorities of the need for assistance (e.g. Law Enforcement, 911, Paramedics, etc.).

- Advanced Pistol Marksmanship
- Arrest Control

- De-escalation Techniques/Verbal Judo
- Basic Individual First Aid Kit Training
Along with an initial 3-day training course, we offer advanced concurrent training for our interactive sites to ensure our guards are set up for success.

Requirements:
- Applicants should have NO felony convictions or Class A or B misdemeanor convictions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass an extensive background screening, including but not limited to state and federal background checks, social media checks, and drug tests upon employment.
- Must legally own a full-sized duty carry firearm (Pistol) in 9mm, .40, or .45 caliber.
- At least 21 years or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work anywhere in the Boulder metro area.
- Most of our locations require you to interact with or confront potentially aggressive individuals. A knowledge of verbal de-escalation and self-restraint is preferred.
