Who You Are : We're seeking a Senior Designer to drive performance-focused experiences across our buyer's journey. You're data-driven, thrive on measurable results, and excel at creating high-impact digital assets that convert. You'll work directly with our Demand Generation team to conceptualize and execute designs that meet aggressive performance goals. What You'll Be Doing : Drive conversion optimization through data-informed design across website, digital campaigns, landing pages, and email flows Create high-performing presentations and documents including sales collateral that converts Design performance-optimized web experiences, from wireframes to final implementation Create event marketing materials focused on lead capture and engagement Design a cohesive design system that scales across products and platforms Create templates that empower internal teams while maintaining consistency Execute cross-channel campaign designs that meet specific conversion and engagement KPIs What You'll Need : 5 years of experience in conversion-focused design; two years in SaaS Proven track record of improving key metrics through design optimization Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on business objectives Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Webflow, WordPress, and other relevant digital design tools Excellence in project management with consistent delivery against deadlines Ability to analyze performance data and iterate designs based on results Bonus Skills : HTML / CSS knowledge for better collaboration with development Experience with marketing automation platforms Experience in advanced video editing and motion graphics Why Invicti : Your Health & Wellness Matters : Health Insurance : Taking care of our team goes beyond the office.
