What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Biller Coder position at Invictus Healthcare?
Invictus is a fast paced, multi-specialty medical clinic that has an opportunity for a self-motivated, diligent medical biller/coder. This individual should have a minimum of 1 year experience in coding, certification is not required but preferred. Coding may include, but is not limited to, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic care, Podiatry, Neurosurgery, Interventional Procedures, MRI, X-Ray and other services.
Responsibilities will include: coding, insurance follow-up, and other billing related duties as assigned. Experience with Greenway's Intergy EHR is helpful but not required. EHR experience of some kind is required. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast paced environment, be a quick learner, organized, and someone who stays on task with a positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
