Job Duties:
- Present campaigns to targeted audiences, delivering clear and engaging messaging.
- Deliver campaign knowledge in an ethical, professional, and accurate manner that reflects the values of the company and the clients.
- Conduct daily analysis of campaign performance, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis).
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Participate in campaign training, workshops, and conferences to stay informed and enhance your skills.
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure effective team collaboration and campaign execution.
- Act as an ambassador on behalf of clients, building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively present campaign strategies and results.
