As an Entry Level Client Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of our customer service and fundraising initiatives. In this role, you will assist in processing donations, managing donor databases, and providing exceptional service to both our internal teams and external clients. You will gain valuable experience in nonprofit fundraising while helping to drive community engagement through impactful events and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fundraising and client inquiries, both internally and externally.
- Provide exceptional customer care, ensuring donors feel appreciated and engaged with our mission.
- Assist with donation processing, keeping records up-to-date and ensuring the accuracy of data in our donor management system.
- Help coordinate and execute fundraising events, providing logistical support and assisting with event-related tasks.
- Collaborate with senior staff to prepare and distribute donor communications, updates, and appreciation messages.
- Track and monitor donor progress and fundraising metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Support the development of fundraising campaigns, offering ideas and insights to improve donor engagement and participation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the department’s goals.
