Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Assist in creating and executing community outreach programs that help achieve our mission and goals
- Community Engagement: Engage with community members, stakeholders, and partner organizations to build strong relationships and encourage active participation
- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute outreach events, workshops, and activities that promote community involvement and support
- Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, conveying our goals, initiatives, and updates effectively
- Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze feedback from community interactions to improve future outreach efforts
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure outreach strategies align with the organization’s broader objectives
- A passion for community engagement and a desire to make a positive impact
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written— to effectively engage with diverse groups
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with various community stakeholders
- High school diploma or equivalent (Additional education or experience in community outreach is a plus)
