We are looking for a passionate and motivated Entry-Level Community Engagement Ambassador to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening the relationship between nonprofits and their communities by actively promoting and supporting local events. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community outreach and event marketing while contributing to meaningful causes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent nonprofit organizations at local events and engage with community members to build support.
- Promote upcoming nonprofit events, campaigns, and initiatives through in-person outreach.
- Actively connect with local businesses, schools, and organizations to encourage participation and support.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of event logistics, ensuring smooth operations.
- Foster positive relationships with attendees and stakeholders, encouraging their continued involvement.
- Provide event updates and feedback to both the nonprofit clients and internal teams.
- Participate in local community outreach efforts, including volunteer recruitment and resource distribution.
- Assist with post-event follow-up, including thank-you notes and gathering participant feedback.
