Key Responsibilities:

- Promote Nonprofit Causes: Educate customers about our charity partners’ missions, goals, and programs, helping raise awareness and increase community involvement.
- Track Donations: Process and track new donations, ensuring accurate records are kept while contributing to the success of fundraising efforts.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase participation and build loyalty for our charity partners.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints in a positive and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- In-Office Training: Participate in daily training sessions and workshops to continuously develop your customer service, communication, and sales skills.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and senior management to achieve outreach goals and enhance customer experiences.
