We are looking for an Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team. As an Event Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of events from start to finish. This is a hands-on position where you will work closely with the event management team to ensure all logistics are handled smoothly, and clients' expectations are met. Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring the smooth operation of all activities and addressing any last-minute issues.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing event schedules, managing guest lists, preparing event reports, and tracking budgets.
- Work closely with the event management team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Interact with event attendees and clients to ensure a positive experience and provide assistance as needed.
- Assist with the breakdown of events and provide post-event support to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with clients, vendors, and attendees.
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude to handle event day challenges.
